How to Choose the Right GNC Spray Gun
Application
Lawn/turf and perimeter—Mag 2000 or Mag 1 Do‑All with shower heads for gentle, even coverage.
Trees and tall shrubs—Mighty Mag and tree nozzles for long‑range jet and droplet energy.

Pressure & Pump Pairing

Troubleshooting
There are two primary reasons you might see leaking after the gun shuts off:
1. Debris where the seal meets the valve. Remove the barrel grip to expose the PTFE valve seat and inspect for debris that can damage the seal or prevent proper sealing. If the seal appears damaged, you can order a new seal or a repair kit. If the stainless steel valve is damaged, you’ll need to order a repair kit with a valve stem. The Mag 2000 has its own repair kit and rebuild kit.
2. Trigger is too tight on the valve stem. If the trigger is tightened down too much, the spring will pull the stainless steel valve stem away from the PTFE valve seat. Adjust the tension for about 1/8” of play in the trigger to ensure enough free motion that the valve stem can securely rest on the seat.
Routine Care Checklist
Rinse daily. Circulate clean water through the gun and nozzles every day. Never let chemicals, fertilizers, and herbicides sit in your equipment overnight because residues can coagulate, ruin seals, permanently clog nozzles, or damage internal components.
Lube moving parts. Lightly lubricate trigger pivots and O‑rings compatible with your chemicals.
Inspect wear items: Check the springs, seats, whirlers, and seals—replace at the first signs of leakage or inconsistent pattern.
Winterize. Run RV‑type antifreeze through the gun and store dry to protect seals.
